How do I upload a pet photo or engraving text?
You can upload the photo and enter the engraving text during the checkout process.
How long does it take to produce and ship?
Production time for customization is usually 1–2 business days.
What if I’m not satisfied with the product I receive?
If your item arrives damaged or with customization errors, please contact us within 14 days of receipt. We’ll resend or refund your order free of charge (photo proof required).
Can I cancel or modify my order?
If your order has not yet entered the production stage, you may contact customer service to make changes. Once production has started, cancellations or changes may not be possible.
Are there requirements for the photo I upload?
For small-sized products, we recommend a clear portrait photo, but full-body images are also acceptable.
