Refund and Returns Policy

At Eternal Pet Love, we are dedicated to making every personalized piece as precious and beautiful as the moment it commemorates.

If the item you receive is damaged, has design errors, or does not meet your expectations, please inform us immediately, and we will do everything we can to recreate it until you are fully satisfied.

Return Policy
If you are not 100% satisfied with the product, you can return any unused, unworn items to Eternal Pet Love within 60 days of delivery. Non-personalized items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund.
Since personalized items are made specifically for you, they cannot be returned but can be exchanged.

Exchanges:
You must return the original item first before we can start the production of your new item. If you want to exchange an item, please contact customer service first.

Damaged Items:
Visit our “Contact Us” page, contact customer service, and mention “My item is damaged,” along with clear images of the damaged item and a description of the situation. You can return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Cancellation Policy
Once your order is submitted, we will immediately begin production of your personalized item.
As each item is exclusively customized for the customer and production starts immediately upon receipt of the order, if you require a preview or confirmation of the customized item before shipment, please contact us within 24 hours, and we will confirm the final product with you before shipping. If you need to cancel your order, please notify us within 2 hours of placing the order. Please note that after 2 hours, we can offer an exchange but no cancellation. Cancellations are only possible before the item is shipped.
We will process your cancellation request on the same day we receive it.

Eternal Pet Love reserves the right to modify this policy at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page.

All returns must be requested in advance and approved. We have a designated return address, and returns sent to any other address will not be accepted or processed.
